1. What is the basic eligibility for this program? +
You must have completed a BSc Nursing degree or GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) from a nursing college recognized by the Indian Nursing Council (INC). You should be registered as a nurse with your State Nursing Council. The ideal age range is 21-35 years. Physical and mental fitness for clinical duties is mandatory..
2. Is clinical experience mandatory for this program? +
Clinical experience is NOT mandatory to join this program. Freshers who have completed their BSc Nursing Degree or GNM are welcome to apply.
3. I have a gap in my nursing career. Can I still apply? +
Yes, career gaps are acceptable. However, during your visa interview and hospital placement interview, you should be prepared to explain the reason for the gap (e.g., family care, further education, personal health etc).
4. What happens during the 4-month training in India? +
The first 4 months are intensive German language training in residential mode from A1 to B1 levels. You will study under a hybrid learning model.
5. Why are there Native German teachers in the India phase? +
Native German teachers ensure that you develop the correct accent, pronunciation, and conversational fluency from day one. This is critical because German hospitals expect nurses to communicate clearly with patients. Learning from natives also helps you understand regional dialects and medical terminology used in real clinical settings, giving you an edge in the B1 and later B2 exams.
6. What exactly does "All Expenses Paid" in Germany cover? +
During your 5-month Germany phase, Auxila Training Academy covers:
  • Accommodation
  • Food: Daily meals
  • Professional Training: B2 language coaching and professional recognition preparation
What is NOT covered: Your personal shopping, mobile phone bills, travel within Germany for leisure, and entertainment expenses.
7. Will I receive a stipend during the 5 months in Germany? +
No, there is no monthly stipend during the 5-month recognition phase. This period is focused entirely on your B2 exam preparation and professional knowledge assessment. Your accommodation and food are fully covered. Once you pass your recognition exam and start working as a qualified nurse, you will begin earning your full salary of approximately €3,500 per month. However, to facilitate your Visa application, Auxila Germany issues a part-time contract with approximately €1,500 gross monthly remuneration. The salary under the part-time contract is structured primarily to cover the cost of living (accommodation/food/associated costs) during the training phase.
8. Why must I attend classes in-person at the training centre? +
In-person attendance is mandatory because:
  • Language learning requires real-time interaction and corrections
  • Group activities and role-plays simulate hospital scenarios
  • Our faculty can monitor your progress and provide personalized feedback
  • The German Embassy may verify your training location during visa processing
Remote or home-based learning is not permitted under our program structure and may violate the terms of the partnership agreement with Auxila Training Academy.
9. SCENARIO: What if I fail the B1 exam? +
If you fail the B1 exam:
  • You will be offered remedial classes to strengthen weak areas (listening, speaking, writing, reading)
  • You can re-appear the exam after additional preparation. During next attempt candidate needs to bear boarding and lodging on their own.
*Our Native German teachers have a high success rate, so failures are rare with consistent attendance.
10. SCENARIO: What if my German visa is rejected? +
Visa rejection is extremely rare if all documentation is correctly prepared. However, if rejection occurs:
  • We provide full support for reapplication or appeal
Legal Note: Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the German Embassy. Auxila and TAKT provide documentation support but cannot guarantee visa approval.
11. SCENARIO: What if I fail the B2 exam or Professional Recognition test in Germany? +
If you fail during the Germany phase:
  • You can re-appear the exam after further preparation
  • During this period, you may be offered work as an "Assistant Nurse" (Pflegehelfer) at approximately €2,300-€2,500 per month
  • Once you pass the recognition exam, your salary is immediately upgraded to the qualified nurse level (€3,500)
  • Auxila Germany typically provide additional coaching for the re-appear. During the preparation of 2nd attempt candidate need to bear boarding and lodging on its own
12. SCENARIO: What if I don't like the hospital or I get a higher pay at another hospital than I am placed in/ any other reason? Can I switch? +
No you can’t switch for 2 years. You will be signing a 2-year binding contract in India with an employer. There will be financial penalties if you do this. This means that if you chose to switch employers for 2 years, you will have to pay for the full costs of training which amount to Euro 20,000.
13. SCENARIO: What happens if I get sick or have an emergency in Germany? +
If you get sick you are covered by medical insurance. If you must go to India and do not come back, you will lose the training fees you have paid. You will also need to sign a legal document that you will have to pay a financial penalty if after completing B2 or the final exam you go to India and come back through another recruiter or employer.
14. SCENARIO: I am married. When can my spouse join me in Germany? +
Your spouse can join as soon as you can show sufficient funds in your bank account and can demonstrate that you have a tenancy contract in place. It will be difficult to bring your spouse for at least 6-9 months after qualifying as a nurse because you may not have the savings in place.
15. SCENARIO: My spouse is not a nurse. What kind of work can they do in Germany? +
He can do any job in Germany. We can teach him German in India and also assist with job hunting.
16. SCENARIO: I have children. Can I take them with me? +
Yes you can ONLY after you have passed the final nurse exam subject to the above terms concerned with funds and living space.
17. SCENARIO: How do I find a permanent house after the initial 5 months of free stay? +
Employer may provide accommodation and or arrange for which you will need to pay.
18. How soon can I get Permanent Residency (PR) in Germany? +
5 years
19. Can I pursue a Master's degree or further specialization in Germany? +
Yes
20. What is the path to German Citizenship? +
After 5 years, must be full time employed
21. What will be my salary after 3-5 years of experience? +
Depends on experience and speciality, can range from Euro 4000-6000 per month excluding overtime.
22. Is there a bond or contract period with the German hospital? +
Typically, your initial employment contract with the hospital is for 2 years. In India before commencing training you will sign a 2 year guarantee with the employer. The same will also be done in Germany before you join the employer after passing B2.
23. What documents do I need to get "Apostilled" or legalized? +
Degree certificate.
24. Who is SP Mahay and what is their role in my training? +
SP Mahay Education & Research Society is a training and education service provider. SP Mahay is NOT registered as a Recruiting Agent (RA) under the Emigration Act, 1983. Its role is to:
  • Facilitate German language training (A1-B1) in India
  • Provide boarding/lodging facilities during the 4 months training in India
  • Facilitate your application process through Auxila India Training Academy
Hospital placement in Germany is managed by TAKT Group, the licensed recruitment provider in Germany.
25. Who is Auxila, and what is their role in my training? +
Auxila Training Academy is the fastest teaching school with headquarters in Germany and has several training schools worldwide. Their intensive language programs are designed to help master the German language efficiently and effectively. They are the only private company in Germany authorised to conduct the final professional nursing exam outside of university hospitals.
Their role includes:
  • Providing the 9-month German language and professional training which includes 4 months in India and 5 months in Germany
  • Supporting you through the professional recognition (Anerkennung) process
26. Who is TAKT, and what is their role in my career? +
Takt Group is a UK-based company providing expert recruitment, strategic outsourcing and skills evaluation services, ensuring the right talent is delivered with efficiency and full compliance. TAKT shall facilitate issuance of a conditional full-time employer contract with the German end employer (the “Employer Contract”). Final employer onboarding and placement with German end employers is the responsibility of TAKT.
27. Type of exam that I’ll appear for? +
B1 in India, B2 and nurse final exam in Germany.

28. What if I resign after few days/months before completing 2 years? +
You will need to pay the full penalty mentioned above
29. What if employer withdraws offer? +
Employers do not withdraw offers, if that happens we will place you with another hospital or senior center, If you are terminated for bad behavior then this will be on your record and we can’t help on placement.
30. Which VISA category will I apply for? +
You will get a recognition visa which will be switched to employment visa once you have passed the final nursing exam.
31. Have you done any such program/ any previous success story? +
Yes, Auxila Academy in association with NSDC International, provided German language training to 32 nurses at Chandigarh. All these nurses were provided training in similar model with upto B1 in India and B2 in Germany and placed them with the leading hospitals and employers, earning between 2300 and 2700 Euros per month (over Rs. 2 lakh). The two- to three-month comprehensive residential training program was imparted to all the candidates under the Skill India International initiative who have completed their B.Sc. Nursing or the General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) programs. All 32 candidates cleared the B1 German Language Training through TELC.
32. Refund Policy +
Scenario 1-leave the program in India after 2 or 3 months If you leave after 2 weeks, you will get no refund. Scenario 2- don’t clear B1 You can retake the exam at your cost. Scenario 3-VISA gets rejected This is highly unlikely as visa is linked to recognition process. Scenario 4- don’t clear B2 or nursing exam You can retake at your cost. Scenario 5- don’t get job after clearing all exams. You have signed job offer in advance so job is 100% guaranteed.
